About the Journal
A journal for the people writing the next decade of business and economics.
The Business & Economic Review is a youth-led international journal of business, economics, finance, and innovation. We publish considered, long-form writing — issue by themed monthly issue — by a generation that intends to be taken seriously.
In a rapidly changing world, understanding business and economics has never been more important. The Business & Economic Review exists to encourage thoughtful dialogue, elevate emerging perspectives, and explore the ideas shaping industries, markets, and society.
Our contributors are under twenty-five and write from India, Brazil, Taiwan, the Czech Republic, Myanmar, and beyond. Every monthly issue is built around a single idea worth a month of attention, and read end-to-end the way one reads a magazine — not the way one scrolls a feed.
Our Mission
To make conversations around business, economics, finance, and innovation more accessible, engaging, and relevant to the next generation.
Our Vision
To become a leading youth-led publication where ambitious students, young professionals, and future leaders exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and shape the conversations of tomorrow.
What We Stand For
Four commitments that hold the journal together.
Intellectual Curiosity
We believe the best ideas begin with thoughtful questions and a willingness to explore beyond conventional thinking.
Diverse Perspectives
Meaningful conversations emerge when different experiences, cultures, and viewpoints come together.
Substance Over Noise
We prioritize depth, analysis, and informed discussion over trends, headlines, and sensationalism.
Youth-Led
We believe age should never limit the quality of ideas, ambition, or impact.
What We Publish

A Note from the Desk
We are still early, and the room is still small. If you are reading this, you are reading us before most people do — and we are grateful.
